Avoiding Foreclosure Toolkit

We are committed to helping at-risk borrowers stay in their homes and avoid foreclosure whenever possible. And, as a mortgage Servicer in this challenging time, the focus is also on you to help borrowers in need – from dispensing knowledge about solutions and working one-on-one with homeowners – to executing loan modifications and other foreclosure avoidance options that can help borrowers sustain homeownership whenever possible. Aggressive outreach is key, and our Avoiding Foreclosure Toolkit can help.

Everything you need to promote key foreclosure avoidance information to your borrowers in English and Spanish is included. Just download the materials in the language you want and customize them with your own contact information and logo. We've done the layout and design, and provided instructions to customize and print your materials.

What's in the Toolkit

You can choose from a variety of outreach materials in English and Spanish, including a brochure, postcard, poster, flyer/ad, and invitation/program. Use the materials to:
