New Loan Prospector Customer Service Hours for Third-Party Originators Beginning May 1

Loan Prospector® customer service hours are changing for third-party originators (TPOs) to ensure we are available when they need us the most. Beginning May 1, 2010, Loan Prospector customer service for TPOs will be available from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

This change in schedule will allow us to have more staff available during peak business hours to provide TPOs with efficient and timely customer support when they need it.

Loan Prospector customer service hours for Freddie Mac Seller/Servicers and Loan Prospector system hours will remain unchanged.
