Update: 2011 Area Median Income Estimates Available in Loan Prospector

The 2011 area median income (AMI) estimates are now available in Loan Prospector. On September 30, the Affordable Income & Property Eligibility tool on FreddieMac.com will be updated to reflect the 2011 AMI estimates.

• Freddie Mac Sellers: Guidance regarding the 2011 AMI and delivery requirements will be outlined in an upcoming Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide Bulletin.
• Third-party originators: Check with your wholesale lender to determine how they plan to address these requirements.
