New Law Firms Added to Designated Counsel Program in New York

In response to high foreclosure volumes, we have added three new firms to our Designated Counsel Program in New York.

Servicers will receive Designated Counsel credit on all new foreclosure and bankruptcy referrals made on or after December 1, 2011, to the new law firms listed below. Refer to Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Exhibit 79, Designated Counsel/Trustee, for contact information at the firms.
