Recent Enhancements to Loan Prospector

The Loan Prospector® September 23 release was successfully implemented to help you continue assessing Freddie Mac mortgage offerings in Loan Prospector.
On September 27, we also made additional enhancements in Loan Prospector that are expected to help more eligible borrowers refinance through Relief Refinance MortgageSM – Open Access offering as previously noted in the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2012-19.
As a result of these enhancements, you may receive different results from new Relief Refinance Mortgage – Open Access submissions in Loan Prospector as compared to previous submissions with similar characteristics.
