Your March Scorecard Includes New Information

Your servicing performance results for March are now available in your Freddie Mac Servicer Success Scorecard on the Servicer Performance Profile website. When you access your March Scorecard, you will find a new report and enhanced Investor Reporting criteria.

The Executive Summary Report

Unless you have opted out, your Executive Summary Report is now available. Using Global Family data, it provides you with

  • A current month snapshot of your portfolio composition.
  • Charts comparing your performance against the performance of nine other unidentified Servicers that are servicing mortgages with similar attributes.
  • Reports that compare your performance against our state foreclosure time line standards and
    pull-through rates for various workouts.

You can access your Executive Summary Report by clicking on the link on the left navigation bar of your Scorecard.

Enhanced Investor Reporting Criteria

Your March performance results for Investor Reporting criteria now include loans that were reported with hard or soft rejects for Edit Codes 600 and 700. We have enhanced five Investor Reporting criteria in Data Integrity and Operational Management to measure hard and soft rejects of data. Peer rankings are available for these five Investor Reporting criteria, and for Investor Reporting overall. The specific performance criteria are:

  • Percent of Hard Rejects Over 90 Days Old
  • Percent of Soft Rejects Over 90 Days Old
  • Percent of Hard Rejects Which Occurred in Reporting Cycle to Total Loans in Portfolio
  • Percent of Soft Rejects Which Occurred in Reporting Cycle to Total Loans in Portfolio
  • Percent of Ending Hard Rejects to Total Loans in Portfolio

Enhancements to Alternatives to Foreclosure Pull-Through Reports

We announced the Alternatives to Foreclosure Pull-Through Reports in August 2012 as part of the Servicing Alignment Initiative. These reports track your ability to successfully transition newly 60-day delinquent borrowers into alternatives to foreclosure over a three-month period. You can access the reports on the Servicer Performance Profile web site, and will notice some minor changes:

  • Unless you have opted out, the reports are available at the Global Family level. Details regarding how to opt out were described in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide Bulletin 2013-6. If you opted out, you will continue to have access to loan-level detail at the Servicer Family level.
  • The reports are redesigned for easier navigation.

As a reminder, repurchases are excluded from the loan population. Additionally, loans that move from an active status to D60, or loans that move from D30 to D60 to D90 are included in the loan population.
