All Investor Accounting Manager Reports Available in the Service Loans Application

Effective today, all Investor Accounting ManagerSM (IAM) reports are available through the Freddie Mac Service Loans application. Additionally, Servicers will no longer be able to register for IAM, which will be officially retired on September 16, 2013.

This change was first announced in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2013-10, and is being made to provide you with a central source for your investor accounting reporting needs. Previously, Servicers could only access certain investor accounting reports in IAM. Transitioning the remaining reports from IAM to the Service Loans application consolidates the number of sources needed to access investor accounting information.
