Freddie Mac Updates Loan-Level Dataset
Freddie Mac updated its Single-Family Loan-Level Dataset today to incorporate two additional quarters of loan originations and loan performance data.; New loan information from first and second quarter 2012 and loan performance data from the third and fourth quarters of 2012 is now available.
No other fields in the Loan-Level Dataset will be impacted. This update is the first of regular quarterly updates that Freddie Mac will be performing to the dataset.
