Radian Guaranty, Inc. Announces Agreement with Freddie Mac

Yesterday, Radian Guaranty, Inc. (Radian) filed a Form 8K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission in which the mortgage insurer disclosed it has entered into a Master Transaction Agreement (Agreement) with Freddie Mac. Radian’s 8K discloses its Agreement with Freddie Mac related to its primary mortgage insurance obligations on delinquent loans owned by Freddie Mac. The Agreement does not change how Seller/Servicers currently process claims with Radian.
