Investor Accounting Manager Will Be Retired on November 15
Effective at 5 p.m. ET on November 15, 2013, Investor Accounting ManagerSM (IAM) will be retired. In order to access investor accounting reports in the future, Servicers should use the Freddie Mac Service Loans application instead of IAM. This change was first announced in Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin 2013-10.
Accessing the Investor Accounting Reports in the Service Loans application
Current Service Loans application users are not impacted by this change. However, there may be individuals within servicing organizations who have not registered for the Service Loans application. To ensure access to investor accounting reports, please take the following actions:
Servicers with access to the Service Loans application:
- Simply access investor accounting reports through the Service Loans application as usual.
Servicers without access to the Service Loans application:
- Visit the Service Loans Application Resource Center for instructions on how to register a new user.
- Choose one of the user roles that provide access to the Reports Tab. To only retrieve, view and print reports, enroll users as "Read Only Analyst" in the Service Loans application.
- Take advantage of the Help function within the Service Loans Application to learn how to download the reports.
Training Is Available
Visit Freddie Mac's Learning Center for more information about accessing reports via the Service Loans applications.
