Freddie Mac Shares Customer Service Level Standards Results

In July 2013, we announced eight Customer Service Level Standards (Standards) and committed to report our performance against them. Built based on single-family customer feedback, the Standards provide a framework for customers and Freddie Mac to measure our performance while identifying ways we can continue to improve.
Today we are posting results in the first Single-Family Business Customer Service Level Standards report to the Customer Service Level Standards page on FreddieMac.com. For each Standard, the report provides a year-to-date score and monthly scores for the previous six months.
By sharing and publishing these Standards each month, we aim to strengthen our working relationship with all of our customers.
