UCDP November Release Notification
November 10, 2014
On December 7, 2014, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs) will make updates to the Submission Summary Report (SSR) in the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®). The enhancements will include:
- Removal of the Last Page in the SSR – The SSR currently contains two parts. In this release, the second part (located on the last page) will be removed to avoid duplicative information in the report. In addition, the label Appraisal Findings Detail Report (AFDR) will be replaced with "UCDP Submission Summary Report (SSR)" at the top of both GSEs' SSR templates.
- Full Message Description Column Updates – The column width for the "Full Message Description" column within the UCDP SSR will be expanded to accommodate longer Findings and Hard Stop message descriptions.
The UCDP General User Guide will be updated as of December 7, 2014, to reflect the changes with this release. More information to support your ongoing use of the UCDP, including training and resources, is available on the UCDP Web page.
