May 15, 2013 - Freddie Mac's Single Family Loan-Level Dataset will reflect updated credit scores for loans originated between 1999 and 2002. The credit scores now will be determined using a methodology more consistent with the methodology used to populate credit scores for loans originated after 2002.
Update Loan Prospector May 12 Release
May 14, 2013 - The Loan Prospector® May 12 release enhancements were successfully implemented as scheduled. The Loan Prospector implementation date reflecting revised qualification requirements for ARM products with initial adjustment periods of five years or less has changed from July 1, 2013, to July 14, 2013.

New Standard Modification Interest Rate in Effect
