Update: Loan Prospector June 23 Release Rescheduled to July
June 19, 2013 - To ensure that Loan Prospector continues to be a quality tool that you can count on in your loan origination process, we have chosen to move the Loan Prospector release date. New Standard Modification Interest Rate in Effect
As a reminder, Servicers must begin using a 4 percent interest rate when conducting new Standard Modification trial period plan evaluations on or after December 1, 2012.
