Improved ARM Stratification Report in Freddie Mac's selling system

On July 13, we'll launch an enhanced ARM Stratification Report in the selling system that will provide additional loan level data, making it easier to complete the sale of mortgages to Freddie Mac.

Currently, most of the weighted average calculations are available in the selling system on the View Weighted Average Contract Terms page in the Loan Purchase Contract.

With the enhanced ARM Stratification Report you'll be able to:

  • See the “High and Low” ranges taken from the loans allocated to the contract (not the allocable contract range) with the addition of ‘Loan Level Values'
Allocate/de-allocate loans in or out of a contract to obtain the desired Weighted Average
  • Get WAC ARM values calculated on a “real time” basis
  • Access a “printer friendly” report or a CSV format export file of the View Weighted Average Contract Terms page that will include all of the data attributes

Contact your Freddie Mac Account Manager for more details.
