With these recent enhancements and updates, finding the document custody information you need on FreddieMac.com and in the Document Custody Procedure Handbook is now easier than ever before.

Our Document Custody web page enhancements include:

• Re-designing the document custody main page so you can quickly and easily find the information you need. Key information is now prominently displayed and we've added more topics relevant to the certification process.
• Updating the document custody 'Forms', 'Training' and customer service web pages so that they readily provide the tools and information you need to do business with us.
  • You'll find the forms categorized by topic and easier to access
  • We've displayed all the training opportunities and resources available for Freddie Mac Document Custodians.
  • The link, 'Document Custody Contacts', allows you to e-mail your questions or interact directly with a Freddie Mac document custody representative.
• Providing more points-of-entry into the selling system login page. You no longer need to leave the document custody web pages to log in to the selling system to do your certification.
• Adding an easy-to-navigate 'Get Started' page that includes all the information and forms you need to get you started with using the selling system for your document custody needs.
• Creating a new Document Custody Procedure Handbook web page specifically designed to house the updated handbook so you can find the information you need quickly and easily.
