Upcoming selling system enhancements provide greater reporting flexibility and more

With our November 19 selling system release, we're launching enhanced data export functionality that gives you greater flexibility for your reporting needs. We're also setting the stage for future capabilities to help you better manage your postsettlement delivery fees. For more information on the flexibility and affordability features of Home Possible Mortgages:

Enhanced data export functionality

There are several enhancements to the Export Data section of the selling system that will be available to all users. These enhancements include the following:

  • Increasing the maximum number of loan records that can be exported at one time from 60,000 to 120,000 loan records.
  • Automatically bundling one or more files and then releasing them to meet the export request.
  • Providing users with the ability to "tag" previously exported loan results, allowing them to generate another export file using the same search criteria, but excluding the previously exported loans.
  • Allowing users to preview data set specifications from the Export Data page of the selling system.

In addition, a new data set, "Fee Detail", will be made visible to Net Price Cash customers, which will provide postsettlement delivery fee details for individual loans.

Fee Breakdown window

With this release, we've added a new "Fee Breakdown" window for Cash (excluding Net Price), Guarantor, and MultiLender Swap customers that can be accessed from the Loan Pipeline page of the selling system. Net Price Cash customers will see an enhanced version of the existing "Fee Breakdown" window.

With these improvements, we're laying the groundwork for a future 2008 enhancement that will provide users with a loan-level view of delivery fees prior to receiving their monthly invoice.

Other changes

We're also expanding our error messaging in the Import Loan functionality to help you better understand why your loan might not fit into a pool or contract.
