First Tuesday remittances for the December accounting cycle must be initiated by December 31
To avoid a late remittance fee, you must initiate First Tuesday Remittance Cycle funds for the December accounting cycle no later than 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, December 31, 2007.
The following table shows when your account would be drafted based on various remittance scenarios. As always, the date your account is drafted is the same date that Freddie Mac receives your remittance and posts it as received on your Seller/Servicer Remittance Analysis.
