With this training session you’ll gain an understanding of Freddie Mac's Investor Accounting requirements and become familiar with reporting and remitting responsibilities.

Our new area median income (AMI) interactive clip provides a step-by-step guide on how to use the Affordable Lending and Property Eligibility lookup tool and other resources to determine if a borrower is eligible for a Freddie Mac affordable lending mortgage product.
