Updates to Loan Prospector® to reflect recent Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide changes
To help you address recently announced changes, on May 18 we are making the following updates to Loan Prospector:
- Adding new and updated feedback messages that align with recent Freddie Mac postsettlement delivery fee rate and credit requirement changes.
- Providing a new informational Area Median Income feedback message to inform you of the Area Median Income for the property address submitted on all Home Possible® Mortgage submissions.
- Removing the Condo Class Field from the Loan Prospector browser access method.
These updates to Loan Prospector enable you to implement our recently announced changes and will assist you when you assess loans through Loan Prospector.
