April 17, 2015 - At the direction of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, we released the revised private mortgage insurer eligibility requirements (PMIERs) that take effect on December 31, 2015. The PMIERs apply to private mortgage insurance companies that provide coverage for loans sold to Freddie Mac.
