Freddie Mac Announces Single Family Loan-Level Dataset Update
May 15, 2013 - Freddie Mac's Single Family Loan-Level Dataset will reflect updated credit scores for loans originated between 1999 and 2002. The credit scores now will be determined using a methodology more consistent with the methodology used to populate credit scores for loans originated after 2002.

Guide Bulletin 2013-7 Implements Streamlined Modification Immediately and Changes Property Valuation Requirements

April 05, 2013 - Effective immediately, Freddie Mac will not be registering new customers for EarlyIndicator. Also, as of March 29, 2014, we will no longer offer EarlyIndicator to Servicers or service bureaus.
