We're extending our Customer Support hours to 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET beginning July 1, 2015, to assist Seller/Servicers and Third-Party Originators with Loan Prospector® and underwriting guideline scenarios.
Upcoming Loan Prospector Updates and UCDP Scheduled Maintenance
August 18, 2015 - Loan Prospector® updates are being made on August 23 and 27. We're also announcing an extended outage scheduled for the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® database platform migration on September 19-20.

Guide Bulletin 2015-13 Announces Reserves Requirements Date Change; Additional Changes to Loan Prospector also Announced
July 21, 2015 - We’re postponing the effective date related to reserves requirements for Loan Prospector® mortgages. We’re also announcing additional Loan Prospector feedback messages effective on August 1.
