New 55-day Mirror Securities Issued to Pave Way to Single Security
August 07, 2018 - We have begun issuing new 55-day mirror mortgage-backed securities for the current population of exchange-eligible 45-day Freddie Mac Gold Participation Certificates (PCs) and Giant PCs. This milestone supports the launch of the Single Security Initiative on June 3, 2019.
UCDP System Outages: August 6 and August 12
August 03, 2018 - The UCDP will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance for 4 hours on August 6 and August 12. During these times users will not be able to access the UCDP to submit or review appraisals.
