  • October 14 – 30: No new users may be added.
  • October 26 – 30: Scorecard is unavailable while me make updates.
  • October 28: Legacy Manager Series is retired and unavailable.

To sign up or change your account information for Freddie Mac’s suite of mortgage servicing technology products, please complete the form below. This form can be used to list up to 10 individuals in your office who will be using these tools. If you have more than 10 users, complete the form for the first 10 users then submit this form again for any additional users.

Submission and approval of this form will provide the users listed with access to the following Mortgage Servicing Products: Default Reporting Manager SM, Incentive Manager, Servicer Performance Profile, Remedy Manager, REO Manager®, Timeline Manager SM, Workout Manager® and secured training materials in the Learning Center.
