Overview

The Freddie Mac Servicer Success Scorecard (Scorecard) provides you with comprehensive measurements in multiple categories to assess your results in defined categories each month. The Scorecard is available on the last business day of the month.

The 2017 Scorecard makes it easier to access the information that’s important to you with simplified navigation and a more intuitive user interface. The redesigned Scorecard provides you with an aggregate, global view of your performance – just one to two clicks away from drilling further down into your data.
