UCDP Direct Integration User ID Registration

To submit appraisal data files to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) using a vendor solution, your organization must first set up a UCDP Direct Integration User ID. The UCDP Direct Integration User ID provides you access to submit appraisals to assigned business units and any subordinate business units within your organization. 

The UCDP Administrator completing the UCDP Direct Integration User ID Request Form must be the same UCDP Administrator on record with Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros) for the business unit requested and any subordinate units.

Direct Integration Users are only required to complete the form once from either GSE’s website.

Please note it will take 2-3 business days to process your request. Complete the UCDP Direct Integration User ID Request Form.

*Reminder: the UCDP Direct Integration User ID is different from the UCDP User ID received in the email from ucdp-noreply@veros.com, as part of the lender administration registration process.
