Brand Requirements and Guidelines for Applications
These requirements should be applied to all Freddie Mac– and Freddie Mac Multifamily–branded applications, including third–party off–the–shelf software and applications built in–house.

Brand Requirements for Applications
The Freddie Mac Brand Requirements and Guidelines for Applications provides detailed specifications for the required brand elements, layout options, before–and–after examples, and additional formatting options and design guidance.
All of the elements of the Application Header Bar, shown in the two layout options below, including the Freddie Mac logo, Divider, Site Title, Site Description, and Navigation bar, must comply with the specs provided, shown in red. Logo image and asset files are available for download below.

Image and Asset Files for Applications
The business area is responsible for ensuring that the application complies with the specifications detailed in the navigation bar graphics above. In general, Corporate Communications & Marketing staff are not able to support developer/coding questions on how to apply the Application Header Bar requirements. Note for Developers: For applications that generate HTML reports for both external and internal clients, please contact Brand Standards for more information about what logo files to reference at [email protected].
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the Freddie Mac logo for reports, pdf files or other materials, please contact the Brand Standards team at [email protected] with the file type (jpg, png, tif) and the image dimensions, if available.
