In addition to her human resources leadership, Michele oversees Corporate Communications, aligning Freddie Mac’s public presence and stakeholder engagement with its strategic objectives. With nearly two decades at Freddie Mac, Michele is recognized for her ability to lead transformative change, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational effectiveness. Her leadership has been pivotal in positioning Freddie Mac as an employer of choice and a trusted industry leader.
Prior to Freddie Mac, Michele held senior talent and human resources roles at Nextel Communications and Wireless Facilities Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
